Sam is the director of Sam Rao yoga teacher training school in Berkshire. Over the last 12 years he has created a well established yoga community in the area, encouraging many of his students to take up teaching yoga and running a successful business for themselves.

Suzy Pool

After helping to found calm execs Suzy wanted to pursue other projects that would take nearly all of her focus and energy. Whilst she does not now work day to day in Calm Execs we are proud that she continues to bring her skill and passion to our programmes as an associate.

Dr Alistair Reece

Alastair worked as a GP for 17 years before leaving in 1995 to concentrate on the underlying considerations of chronic pain and illness. In 1992 he set up and ran the pain management clinic at Wexham Park Hospital until 2011. He has an MSc in Pain Management, an MSc in Nutritional Medicine and Diplomas in Acupuncture.
